The Shararm Programme

The Shararm Programme is a new way of thinking about what meditation is supposed to achieve, how we all run our lives using our nature created brains, and how the core science of Neuro-linguistic Programming is our key to unlocking the language of the subconscious and our inner worlds.

Why Shararm's Approach

The Shararm approach is mainly centered on three concepts. Firstly all change takes place at the unconscious level in the brain, secondly the trick is to get the attention of the unconscious and thirdly our brains learn easily from birth but by adulthood they become very resistant to change.
